A one bedroom fibro with over grown gardens, all we could see was potential. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Loftus with views of the bush this was about to become our first home.

We increased it to 3 bedrooms, open plan living and a large deck. Staying with timber frame construction we clad it with poly-crete panels for extra insulation and then render.  We enjoy many afternoons on our deck overlooking our native garden and the bush beyond.
