Set high on the escarpment with ocean glimpses, Renee and Lee wanted to add another storey to their split level home.

They gained a new living area plus master bedroom with ensuite & walk in robe. The new deck and living area now have amazing ocean views for all to enjoy.

Large windows on the new rear wall provide stunning views of the bush and high angular windows to the north allow natural light to flood into the house.

By reconfiguring the internal floor plan it has given the house a new life while keeping its original character.
