The brief asked for sixties style with a modern influence. A double height void in the entry is the opening statement. An extra large kitchen and 3m high ceilings in the living area lead on to an expansive covered area at the rear overlooking the yard and the pool. High windows keep privacy while allowing an abundance of natural light to fill the open space.
