This very challenging site is starting to realise its potential. Owners Paul and Tinka had a goal of creating a dual occupancy that could become the future home for them and their family.

The knockdown and rebuild is currently under construction with Steve Camilleri and his team from Adfix Carpentry doing a fantastic job.

The shape of the site is a long and very sharp triangle. Through careful design and efficient use of space we were able to provide 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms in Lot A and 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms in Lot B. The north facing balconies will provide great natural light with cross ventilation possible from the south all the way through both dwellings. Watch this space for more photos.
