After assessing your property and the goal you wish to achieve, I will provide a fee proposal that will include the preparation of the required drawings and documentation to gain approval from the regulatory authority.
Often external professionals are required such as Surveyors, Engineers and Certifiers of which I can offer contacts and assist to gain quotes.
