This lovely family home was given a refreshment with the upgraded kitchen opening out to a beautiful large deck overlooking the back yard.

The deck size was increased and the boards were replaced as was the house cladding, while the tiled roof was changed to colorbond.

Two new roof sections were added over the deck with the different heights providing a unique style. Their height and shape were also designed to gain as much natural light as possible while still providing protection from the elements.

The transition from indoor to outdoor is seamless with a relaxing alfresco area containing an inbuilt bbq and cooking area.

This was another project that was able to be approved as Complying Development.
