After buying a block of land in Woronora and deciding to build, my wife and I began the process of trying to find an Architect/Draftsperson to design our dream home. The site is extremely challenging being narrow, long and very steep. It is also in the middle of the bush fire zone.
From the moment we met Paul on site we knew we had found the right person for the role.
Unfortunately due to financial restrictions our design brief changed multiple times throughout the process. All the while Paul stuck to his original quote and was obliging in every way. All plans that were submitted to council were approved without any clarification or changes required.
